Freestyle (Jamming)

Casual freestyle jamming is the relaxed, non-competitive version of Freestyle Disc. Players pass a disc back and forth performing tricks, nail delays, body rolls, tips, and creative catches. No judging, no rules — pure creativity and fun in any open space.
